baba raffi a.k.a ulil

namanya raffi, tp kita biasa bilangnya ulil.. hehe.. *berasa ulat* LOL!

two months baby but he seems like 4 months baby,
his weight 6 kg now.. wow! hahaha. big baby! ^^

endless morning activities

Can you imagine while everybody is still using blanket while I'm not? Due to the high speed of activities?
For me, or maybe for other commuter of Bogor - Jakarta also have the same feeling.
Imagine that we could be like that. But how about me? I must wake up @ 5 o'clock, then take a prayer. When other people are still preparing for their
Family's meals and go to office @ 7 am.. *Gosh! I wish I could be like that (˘̩̩̩^˘̩̩̩)
Every morning is the most hectic time after i wake up from my bed, starts from 5 o'clock in the morning, showering, then rush to catch up the bus at 5.40. The bus itself will go @ 6 am.
All the same activities always fill my day and makes me feel hesitate.
Then in the afternoon also I have the same thing, i will arrive in bogor @ 6.50 pm.
I spent 4 hours on commuting from bgr - jakarta.. Hohoho!!
Wish this year it will be change and I can get a job in bogor. Ameen.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Even though we are almost in a half date of January in 2011
I still have some notes to be written down as my new resolution for this year :)

1. more faithful to GOD and more religious
2. be a good daughter for my parent, be a good housewife for my husband ^^ and happy family
3. having a baby (I wish as soon as possible)
4. good in career and have opportunity to get master degree (amin)
5. go abroad again.. (Insya ALLAH)
6. always have a good opportunity and brighter future, health and career

sapo tahu seafood! ^^


karena lagi pengen banget buat sapo tahu seafood, sengaja gw search resepnya dari website 'easy cooking', hehe

klo ada yang ngiler,,bisa bikin sendiri lah yaa... ^^

selamat mencoba =D

Sapo Tahu Seafood

Bahan :

* 1 bungkus tofu jepang,
* 1 lembar sawi putih iris persegi 3×3 cm
* 1 buah wortel iris serong
* 4 buah jamur merang belah 2
* 4 buah jamur kuping belah 2
* 1 bungkus kecil sohun
* 3 buah putren iris serong
* 5 buah udang kupas
* 3 butir bakso ikan
* 1 buah cumi iris lebar 1 cm
* 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
* 5 sdm minyak untuk menggoreng tofu
* 1 butir telur kocok lepas
* air secukupnya
* garam dan gula secukupnya
* kaldu bubuk

Bumbu :

* 2 siung bawang putih dicacah hingga halus
* 1 ruas jahe dicacah hingga halus
* 1 btg daun iris serong
* 1 sdm minyak wijen
* 1 sdm kecap ikan
* 1 sdm saus tiram
* 2 sdm kanji larutkan dalam 1 gelas kanji

Cara membuat :

1. Sohun di rendam dalam air hangat, diamkan hingga sohun menjadi lemas.
2. Siapkan Tofu goreng balut telur agar tofu tidak hancur saat di masak.
3. Siapkan minyak hingga cukup panas.
4. Ambil tofu, gunting/potong ujung bungkusnya, tekan pada ujung satunya hingga tofu menyembul dan dapat dipotong sebesar 1 cm.
5. Masukkan ke dalam telur kocok hingga tofu terendam, angkat dengan menggunakan sendok dan pindahkan ke dalam minyak panas tadi.
6. Lakukan satu persatu agar tofu tidak hancur, balik tofu hanya sekali saja setelah itu angkat, sisihkan
Lakukan hingga tofu habis digoreng.
7. Siapkan minyak untuk menumis hingga cukup panas. Masukkan bawang putih, jahe, tumis hingga harum, masukkan udang, cumi, bakso ikan kecap ikan, aduk hingga rata.
8. Masukkan wortel, aduk rata dan biarkan hingga wortel matang.
9. Masukkan putren, jamur merang, jamur kuping dan daun bawang.
10. Masukkan minyak wijen, saus tiram, beri air kira-kira 2-3 gelas.
11. Masukkan tofu balut telur tadi, dan sohun secukupnya
12. Beri garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya
13. Masukkan air kanji sedikit demi sedikit hingga kuah mengental sesuai selera
14. Matikan api. Sajikan dalam wadah sapo
