Lahilote Beach

First day on Gorontalo

We have a chance to visit Gorontalo for visiting BPKH Wilayah II Gorontalo

There were no activities on first day, so we went to Lahilote Beach in Gorontalo, actually the beach was a bay

I like the atmosphere of Gorontalo, but after I returned home, there was acne on my face :(

I was very sensitive with hot temperatures of Gorontalo :(

Songket from Palembang

I have a chance to visit house of original Songket from Palembang

Songket was one of Indonesian heritage beside batik.

Songket divided into two types: original hand made and printing

Here some pictures i took on original songket, price started from IDR 1.000.000 - 5.000.000

Culinary time : Original Pempek from Palembang

Yuhuu.. previously I promised to show you my culinary time in Palembang after on duty

Even though I'm Sundanese.. I really love Pempek since i was a kid! LOL

I used to make pempek at home, but of course the taste was far away from the original one!

But at least i have tried to made it ^^

There were some famous brand of pempek such as pempek raden, pempek candy or pempek vico.

but i choose pempek candy because my hotel was near with pempek candy. I stayed in Sahid Imara Hotel in Palembang

I bought one big box of pempek and fish crackers (kerupuk) to be my 'oleh-oleh'

But now I was thinking to order pempek candy via JNE to my office.. hahahaa..

Shopping time after on Duties!

I love Palembang..

Because I'm a big fan of Pempek.. LOL

so it made me happy when i have a chance to go there, and tasted original pempek! yippyy..

later I will show you ^^

but now I would like to post some pict when i went to buy some 'oleh-oleh' , local t-shirt named Nyes-Nyes from Palembang ^^
