Heyho!
How are you young ladies?
Since I’m a newbie as a housewife, honestly I’m still found lot of difficulties on facing kitchen matter.. LOL . starting from frying, boiling, chopping, baking and grill. Wew.. in fact i’m just found that cooking is not different with chemistry or mathematic! They are difficult! LOL

Ladies, maybe I’m different with other people, or maybe one of you also have the same feeling with me. I cannot eat meat especially goat meat or inner body of chicken (jeroan), i feel that my stomach cannot deal with that strange food! >.<
I do love fish (seafood) and only rendang which I can eat and originally from meat and fried chicken.

As I mentioned, i only can eat fish (seafood) and chicken, I would like to show you one of my experiment in my kitchen on last Sunday. Actually i seldom apply myself on cooking experience. Since i’m too busy at office on weekday, and only have 2 days for full take a rest. I know this is not good to be followed by you, guys! LOL. My husband lives in Palu, we still have long distance marriage  so that’s why i’m still not have a big passion on cooking. Due to my husband cannot taste my food everyday  but i know it’s a mistake. So i have to boost up myself for becoming a good housewife and also career woman. I believe that both position can get along together 
So after searching on google, i found a simple recipe to make siomay! Yep,, siomay is one of my favourite food

This is the ingredient :
1.250 gr of chopped chicken
2.250 gr of chopped shrimps
3.Kanji floor/ sago
4.2 eggs
5.Salt, pepper, chicken block or masako (just pour a lil bit) for make it tasty
6.Pangsit cover (special for siomay: available in supermarket)
7.Union leaf and
8.Carrot (pour into the top of siomay)
9.garlic and ginger


How to cook :
a.Chopped chicken and shrimps are mixed together
b.After that, on egg, pour the salt, pepper, and union leaf all together.
c.Chicken and shrimps now pour into egg liquids
d.Then, mixed it together and put into pangsit cover one by one. The size is up to you. But i used to take 2 teaspoon of mixed ingredient on pangsit cover and form it as it is (siomay shape)
e.Last one, steam them until soft and compact (20 minutes).
f.Here you go! You can have siomay dimsum or fried siomay
g.Don’t forget to add nut sauce or only chilli sauce
